xAI announced today it is adding text watermarking to Grok. This appears to be rolling out globally. xAI was the last holdout, so the only model left that (as far as I know) does not watermark text is ChatGPT, and only ChatGPT in North America.
On OpenAI’s support page, updated nine days ago, regarding text watermarking. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Mistral all signed the EU Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content, so all must invisibly watermark text. xAI did not sign.在 X 查看被引用的帖子
